Doin' Good For The Neighborhood

Updated: Jan 27

I hope all of you did the dare I gave you last week in my Newsletter and didn't chicken out!

The three guests I have on Positively Fresno on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM are Susie Harder from Junior Authors Program, Sara Baronian owner of Nativ Wine and Tony Sanders owner of Shine Theatre. Wednesdays show can be found on

Susie Harder created a way for children to become part of the book writing process from voting online. Her idea is benefiting the Creek Fire that ravaged through our Sierra Mountains last year. Susie is from Tollhouse, California and the tragedy impacted many people homes and businesses she still knows from the area. All proceeds from the sales of the book on Amazon will go to people in need due to the Creek Fire. More information can be found at

Sara Baronian from Nativ Wine is a Online Wine Shop with Monthly Bottle Club subscriptions with Free Next Day Delivery if you live in the Fresno, Clovis and Visalia area. The wines come from throughout California most notably the Central Coast, Napa Valley and Sierra Foothills. See her inventory at and

Tony Sanders owner of Shine Theatre and Community Outreach Director for Big Picture Academy is originally from the East Coast. He is an accomplished stage actor and obtained his Equity membership card for the Actors Equity Association. Shine Theatre in the Tower District is offering classes virtually for students who are interested in acting.

What about you Doin' Good In Your Neighborhood? When you are out walking or driving down your street. I want you to smile and wave hello to one of your neighbors you do not know. It possibly can start a chain reaction and kindness could begin to spread everywhere.

Go ahead and try it and see what happens?

I'll See You Soon Fresno
